MultivRSS goes open source

It was my plan from day one. It took longer than expected, but today MultivRSS is finally open source, under the MIT license: you're free to take it and do whatever you want with it. There's a short self-hosting guide on GitHub.

As I wrote in the README, I won't have as much time to maintain the project as I'd like, so I can't accept outside pull requests. Bug reports and ideas are still welcome as Issues, and if you want to take MultivRSS in a different direction, that's what forks are for. MultivRSS started as a personal project, and it will stay one for the foreseeable future.
